CHICKEN PRIMAVERA | |
1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken) 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 tsp. paprika 2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned, and boned (or 1 lb. boneless) 1 c. thin sliced vegetables (combination of celery, green pepper, sweet red pepper, and green onion) Rice In skillet, blend soup, mayonnaise, and paprika. Add chicken and vegetables; mix well. Over medium heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. M'm! M'm! Good! |
