NO SUGAR FRUIT PUDDING 
1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
8 thin slices bread (crust removed)
3 c. fresh strawberries, raspberries or 12 oz. frozen berries
1 can (4 oz.) crushed pineapple drained with 1/2 c. juice reserved

Grease a 4 cup mold with butter line the bottom and side with slices of bread.

In a saucepan bring berries, pineapple and juice to a boil, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered.
