BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE 
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour

Boil macaroni. Melt butter in medium sized pot, add flour and milk. Stir until thick on low fire. Remove from heat and add 2 cups cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Add macaroni to mixture. Put in 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
