1/4 c. butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped (1/2 pt.)
1/4 c. pecan bits
Lime twists (optional)

In small saucepan, melt butter, stir in crumbs. Pat firmly on bottom of an 8 inch square or 11 x 7 inch glass baking dish. Chill. In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, and lime juice. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until set. Garnish with lime twists, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
