MARINARA SAUCE 
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, chopped
8 garlic cloves, minced
2 (28 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes or 5 lbs. fresh tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
6 tbsp. sun dried tomatoes
12 fresh basil leaves
Pepper
Grated cheese

1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.

2. Add tomatoes, paste and sun dried tomatoes.

3. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Tear basil leaves to be sprinkled on top after sauce has been added to pasta.

5. Add pepper and grated cheese to taste. Great over fish or chicken.
