PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops 3/4 inch thick
1 1/3 c. cooked rice
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can of water

In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides; season with salt and pepper. Place rice in a 10 x 10 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops on rice. Mix soup and water, then pour over pork chops and rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes longer.
