CHOCOLATE CAKE PUDDING 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. water

Use cocoa powder, NOT a cocoa mix. Sift 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt into a 9 inch square pan. Stir in milk, butter, and vanilla and spread mixture evenly in pan.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour water on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Yields 6 servings.
