CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water. Add butter. Continue boiling water until butter melts. Take off heat. Add flour all at once. Stir until it leaves side of pan. Beat eggs in one at a time. Pour batter into greased 13x9x2 cake sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool completely (looks like a great cream puff).

FILLING:

2 pkgs. instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese

Beat until smooth. Spoon over cake and cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Drizzle with chocolate syrup over it.
