BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
8 slices bread, crumbled
6 eggs
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Beat eggs, add milk and mix well. Add sausage that has been cooked and drained, then add bread and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let set a few minutes before serving. Another cup of cheese may be added to batter if you are a cheese lover!
