2 c. cake flour 2 c. white sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Mix the above and add 1 cup hot water. Stir well and cool. Beat 6 egg whites until frothy. Add 1 teaspoon cream of tartar and 2 teaspoons baking powder. Beat again. Fold all ingredients together. Bake in ungreased pan at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. | |
