1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding (or vanilla)
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 oz. German chocolate grated (use 2/3 in cake & reserve 1/3 for topping on
frosting)
6 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. nuts

Mix first 6 ingredients well with mixer. Blend in chocolate chips, sour cream and nuts. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
