BANANA BREAD 
1 c. white flour
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed bananas
2-3 tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. nuts; optional

Mix dry ingredients together. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in honey and remove from heat. Beat in eggs and bananas. Add dry ingredients alternately with hot water until smooth batter. Grease and flour pan(s). Use 1 regular size loaf pan or 4 tiny loaf pans. Pour batter into pan(s) and bake in preheated 325 degree oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pan(s) on rack for 10 minutes, then remove bread and cool completely.
