PASTA SALAD 
1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. Health Valley elbow pasta
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 tbsp. chopped Health Valley kosher dill chips
Dash of cayenne
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. Health Valley safflower oil
1 tsp. Health Valley mustard
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Health Valley frozen peas, thawed, but not cooked
1/2 c. fresh alfalfa sprouts
1/2 c. Health Valley Green Goddess Dressing

Cook elbow pasta according to package directions. While elbows are cooking, combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Cool pasta and add to mixture, stirring carefully to avoid breaking elbows. Arrange salad on bed of mixed salad greens and garnish with sweet red pepper rings. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
