ZUCCHINI WITH GREEN CHILIES 
8 med. zucchini, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 roll Kraft jalapeno pepper cheese spread or 8 oz. jar jalapeno Cheese Whiz

Cook zucchini in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. In a saucepan, saute the onions and green pepper in butter until soft. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Taste for seasonings. Transfer to a lightly buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8.
