MARINATED STRING BEAN SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen string beans
1/2 c. French dressing
1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 slices cooked bacon
4 hard cooked eggs
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain beans. Mix with onion and French dressing and marinate for 12 to 24 hours. Before serving drain and toss with remaining ingredients.
