MEATBALLS IN VEGETABLE SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked oats, old fashioned or quick
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 can (8 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) green beans, drained
Chili powder to taste

Combine oats, hamburger, milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion and salts. Mix well and roll mixture into meatballs. Brown meatballs in greased skillet. Shake pan occasionally to keep meatballs round. Add bouillon and tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to dissolve bouillon cube. Add corn and beans and chili powder. Heat to serving temperature. Freeze leftover mixture in tightly covered container.
