BEEF BARBECUE 
4 pkg. cubed beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 stalk celery, diced
2 sm. bottles Brooks catsup or 1 lg.
1/2 bottle Open Pit original barbecue sauce
1/2 c. sugar

Cook beef all day. Cover over with water. Add onion and celery. When real tender cook down to 2 cups of liquid. Add catsup, barbecue sauce and sugar.
