MEL'S MUSHROOM MASH 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
7 lg. mushrooms
1 red onion
3 tbsp. lemon pepper
1 box Kraft cheese & macaroni
1 can tuna or chicken or both
1 quarter melted Velveeta
1 c. Pace thick & chunky hot sauce

Read directions on box of Kraft - make cheese and macaroni. Put 1/2 in large baking pan. Slice 7 large mushrooms. Lay on top. But before you do that remember to mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup hot sauce, melted Velveeta and 1 can tuna or chicken. Now put other half of macaroni goo on top with your discretion of chopped red onion. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Take out. Let cool. For browner top and edges cook longer in oven.
