CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. brandy or kahlua
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream

In small saucepan, melt chocolate, brandy or kahlua and orange juice over low heat, stirring constantly. Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, in blender, combine remaining ingredients until light and creamy (about 2 minutes). Add chocolate mixture to mixture in the blender. Blend well. Add 1 cup heavy cream. Blend well. Pour into individual goblets. Chill or freeze. Serves 4.
