PORK CHOPS & RICE 
1 c. rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
6-8 pork chops (best if boneless)

Mix rice, soup and milk in the bottom of baking dish. Lay pork on top of it. Bake, covered for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
