RICE AND PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 center cut pork chops
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain)

Brown chops on both sides. Put rice in bottom of buttered casserole. Pour soups over rice. Place chops on top of rice and soup mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
