MINT DAZZLER 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 squares chocolate, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped or prepared whipped cream
1/2 c. crushed peppermint candy

LAYER 1: Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter and press into buttered 9"x13" pan.

LAYER 2: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and chocolate, whip until light and fluffy. Spread over vanilla wafer crust.

LAYER 3: Combine whipped cream and marshmallows. Spread over chocolate mixture. Top with sprinkled crushed peppermint. Keep in freezer.
