CHICKEN PILLOWS 
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cooking sherry
Italian bread crumbs
2 sticks butter
6 slices thin sandwich ham
1 clove garlic

Pound chicken breast until thin. Cut garlic in half and rub on chicken breast. Place one slice ham and one slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Roll up chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place chicken pillows in 13 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish, melt butter and pour over chicken pillows. Add cooking sherry. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.
