PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
8 pork chops, trim fat
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg, beaten with a little water
1 c. cracker crumbs

Heat frying pan with oil; dip pork chops in egg then crumbs. Brown chops and place in a baking dish.

Saute onions and green pepper in same pan. Add tomato soup diluted with 1/2 can water. Stir until well mixed; pour over chops. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until done.
