CHOCOLATE COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. hot coffee
1 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and cream well together. Mix in dry ingredients, gradually add coffee. Mixture will be very thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 1 (9 x 13 inch) pan or 2 deep 9 inch pans.
