EASY TOASTED MARSHMALLOW CRISPS 
1 (8 or 10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Use a large cookie sheet, and line it with parchment paper.

Open the bag of mini marshmallows and evenly place the marshmallows onto the parchment paper. You want to make sure the marshmallows aren't stacked on top of each other. Place the cookie sheet of marshmallows into the lower shelf of your oven. If your oven has an interior light, you might want to put it on to help keep an eye on it as it is baking.

Heat the marshmallows to a nice golden brown color. This can take around 15-20 minutes, but keep checking it. Once it achieves that golden brown color, take it out of the oven. Let it cool onto the parchment paper for at least 10-15 minutes.

Once it is cool, break the brittle apart and put into a plastic bag or airtight container. You can enjoy it immediately and it should last up to 2 weeks.
