HAM LOAF 
2 1/2 lbs. ground meat (2 lbs. cured ham & 1/2 lb. fresh ham or sausage)
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs and milk. Pack in a baking dish. Bring to a boil remaining ingredients. Pour over meat and bake 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
