TUNA SALAD | |
1 c. peas 1 c. diced celery 2 (3 1/2 oz.) jars cocktail onions, drained 2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans chunk tuna, drained 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/8 tsp. curry powder 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1 c. chow mein noodles Combine and chill first 4 ingredients; mix and chill mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder and garlic salt. Add noodles to tuna and pour mayonnaise mixture on top. Serve on lettuce. Yields approximately 6 servings. |
