2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
2 lg. or 3 sm. eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Frost with favorite fudge frosting.
