7 LAYER SALAD 
1 head iceberg or Romaine lettuce, torn in sm. pieces
1 c. diced celery
1 c. red and green bell pepper
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Layer all ingredients into a large glass bowl. Mix mayonnaise and sugar together. Spread over top as you would frost a cake. Place cherry tomatoes around rim of bowl. Place Cheddar in center. Cover and chill 4-24 hours. Serves 6-8.
