ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 pkg. yeast
5 tbsp. warm water, added to yeast
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk, at room temperature

Add all dry ingredients. Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add yeast mixture to buttermilk. Add buttermilk. Roll very thin. Melt 1 stick butter in cookie pan, turn over biscuits in butter and fold in half. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
