PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. spoon peanut butter

Put sugar, milk and salt in a large pan. Cook on medium-high heat stirring constantly until the mixture forms a ball when a teaspoon of hot mixture is poured in a bowl of cold water. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients, whip until fudge just starts to thicken.

Pour fudge in a prepared buttered pan or on a prepared buttered plate. Allow to firm at room temperature. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
