BEEF AND CHEESE PIE 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced bell pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
8.25 oz. Green Giant kitchen sliced green beans
1 Pillsbury ready made pie crust
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Heat oven 375 degrees. In large skillet, brown meat, onion, pepper; drain. Add salts, tomato sauce and beans; simmer.

Place crust in deep dish pie plate. Add 1st layer of egg and 1 cup cheese. Pour 2nd layer of meat and sauce. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
