CHICKEN HOT DISH 
8 oz. macaroni, cooked
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz. bacon, fried crisp and drained
1 c. frozen peas
1 sm. jar pimentos, juice and all
1 can evaporated milk
1 can water chestnuts

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour. Hot dish can be mixed up ahead of time and kept in refrigerator until ready to use.
