CHICKEN CASHEW HOT DISH 
1 can cream of mushroom soup &
1/4 c. milk mixed together
3/4 c. cashews
3 oz. chow mein noodles
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey breast
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
4 tbsp. chopped green pepper (I didn't use them)

In large container put everything except some of the chow mein noodles. Stir until everything is coated with the soup mixture. Put in 1 1/2 or 2 quart dish. Put in microwave 5-6 minutes until hot, covered. Put remaining chow mein noodles on top and return to microwave for 1 minute.

Note: You'll need more chow mein noodles and probably more cashews. I never follow the exact recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
