CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion

1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. uncooked rice
2 c. water
2 c. cut up celery

Stir all together and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 275 degrees. Stir occasionally. Leave casserole covered. Half hour before serving, add 1 can chow mein noodles on top of hot dish and leave cover off remaining time.
