BEEFSTEAK UPSIDE - DOWN PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. onion 1/4 c. green pepper 1 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. shortening 1 can tomato soup 1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix 1/3 c. water Cook beef, celery, onion and green pepper in shortening until lightly browned. Stir in soup and mustard. Mix dough and roll into a circle. Place on top of meat mixture and bake at 450 degrees about 15 minutes. (OCB) |
