PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 lg. can pumpkin
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks melted butter

Grease and flour a 9 x 16 glass baking dish. Mix together the pumpkin, eggs spices, sugar and milk. Pour this mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix on the top of the pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle the pecans on top of the cake mix. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake.

Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done. If the pecans become brown before the mixture is set, cover the dish with foil and continue to bake.
