LONDON BROIL BOURGUIGNON 
2 1/2 lb. flank steak
6 slices toasted French bread, cut into slices
1/2 tbsp. paprika
5 tbsp. butter
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 c. dry red wine
Salt

Broil steak to desired doneness and cut diagonally into strips. Place in warm oven. Season steak slices with salt and pepper; add the following sauce. Brown the butter in a skillet. Add wine and paprika. Bubble very slowly until sauce is somewhat reduced. Place on toast strips and spoon sauce over all. Garnish with parsley.
