PEACH JAM 
4 c. prepared peaches (about 3 lbs.)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. fruit pectin

To prepare fruit: Sort, wash fully ripe peaches. Remove stems, skins and pits. Grind or finely chop fruit. Yield: 6, 8 ounce cups. See "Making Homemade Jams & Jellies" for complete directions.
