NON-COOK PEACH JAM | |
3 c. crushed fruit 5 c. sugar 1 pkg. Surejell 1 c. water Wash, peel, cut and crush fruit. Put in a large bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Let stand 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Dissolve Surejell in water and boil for 1 minute. Pour over fruit and sugar mixture and stir for 2 minutes. Pour in jars or freeze after it sets. |
