1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Sift dry ingredients together. Add liquids. Pour into ungreased 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. HINT: Do not try to remove from pan, not successful. Ice with favorite frosting, serve in squares.
