BARBEQUE 
4-5 lb. pork loin
6 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes pepper

Cook meat in 2 cups water for 2 1/2h ours or until meat can be pulled from the bone. Drain liquid; tear meat into small pieces. Place in skillet; add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Yield: 5 cups.
