Blackened seasoning (or season salt)

Apply meat tenderizer to London Broil as per label directions. Sprinkle with blackened seasoning. Cook on preheated outdoor grill over medium to low heat until desired doneness, approximately 1/2 hour for medium (will vary according to thickness of meat). Serve with sauteed mushrooms.
