LONDON BROIL AND ZITI 
2 pounds london broil
2 1/2 tbsp. salt pork, rendered
2 jiggers white table wine
1 small can tomato sauce
6 oz. water
Ziti

Slice london broil in half. Brown in salt pork drippings. Remove and cut into thick slices. Place in pan. Add wine and simmer. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer 1 hour. Serve with Ziti.

Makes 4-6 servings.
