BONELESS CHICKEN - ITALIAN 
4-6 boneless chicken breast
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs
Mushrooms, optional
Oil for frying pan

Dip chicken in egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Heat oil in pan and cook chicken 5 minutes on each side.

Spread 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Then place chicken in pan and top with mushrooms or other toppings (as desired). Spread remaining spaghetti sauce on chicken and top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake 425 degrees at 15 minutes.
