BLEU CHEESE SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. dill pickle juice
1/4 lb. Danish Bleu cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika
24 oz. carton sour cream

Mash up cheese, and combine with pickle juice. Blend other ingredients and add to cheese and pickle juice mixture. This will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks in covered container.
