A local restaurant, now defunct, used to serve the most amazing Cheddar-Pecan salad dressing. I'm glad I found this version. Looks simple enough to mix in some chopped toasted pecans to get the dressing I've been missing! Thanks for posting this. There is a similar recipe on this site but it adds cream cheese and I'm thinking that it might make this a little too heavy for a salad dressing. Can't wait to mix this up! Thanks agaian.
