JO'S MARINARA IN MINUTES 
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp. (heaping) sugar
1 tbsp. (heaping) salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. red cooking wine

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, stir and cook on medium heat until slow boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. This sauce can be enhanced with your own additions or used as a base for all parmigiana recipes. The Thompsons will always remember Grand.
