BURRITOS 
Flour tortillas
Sour cream
Chopped onions
Chopped/diced Ortega chiles
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped lettuce
Shredded cheese (cheddar or Jack)
Enchilada sauce
Meat
Refried beans, heated

The meat can be pork, elk, deer, chicken, or beef or any leftover meat. Stew meat also works well. Season the meat with garlic powder, salt, pepper and cumin. Cook in small amount of water until shreddable. May need to add more water. When meat is done and cut or shredded, pour enchilada sauce over meat. Keep hot over low heat while you prepare the rest of the stuff. Heat tortilla in a skillet with a small amount of butter, turning often until hot but not crisp. Spread beans on tortillas then add meat and rest of ingredients. Roll up and enjoy!
